Claim must be made before passport has been deposited in to the embassy.
Please note that we only recommend the use of Royal Mail's proof of delivery services such as Recorded or Special Delivery.
Special Delivery is a next working day guaranteed delivery service with a standard delivery by 1pm option or a quicker before 9am option.
Maximum 5 passports per packet, if over, further postal costs will be incurred.
Please note that the pre 9.00am and pre 1pm guarantees are by Royal mail and not Prince Visa Service Ltd. Failures in delivery times are the sole responsibility of Royal Mail and Prince Visa Service have no direct or indirect responsibility towards them.
